Bobi Wine's lawyers have now been told this evening his court appearance tomorrow will be in Gulu again. It was meant to be in Kampala. The army spokesman says it will be at the General Court Martial in Gulu. Some suspect @HEBobiwine could be charged in a civilian court too.
Today, Bobi Wine @HEBobiwine told his family how he was set upon by 15 or so soldiers. And how they picked him apart like savages. He told them he is resolved to continue with his ‘struggle’. His elder brother Eddy Yawe recounts the story on Focus on Africa TV at 1730G
New images taken from space at night starkly show how the conflict in Ethiopia's northern Tigray region has left a population facing one of the world's worst humanitarian crises. Cities are shown fading to black.
What a lovely day.
