    The U.S. imposed economic sanctions are expected to kill 4X MORE Afghans than estimated to have died during the entire two-decades-long conflict. Let us be clear--these sanctions are wrong and immoral.

    We are reviewing @OAS_official's Final Audit Report on Bolivia's elections. The report repeats the worst errors of their previous work and introduces more. This is not an objective audit. We'll have a response soon. CEPR will publish an in-depth review in the coming days.
