    David Ordaz, Jr. was in the midst of a mental health crisis on Sunday around 2pm. A team of mental health workers were on their way to him. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department got there first and shot him about 17x, killing him.

    The Louisville Metro Police and the National Guard shot and killed David McAtee yesterday. He was, of course, unarmed.

    This is Blake Anderson. He’s a security guard at the Good Batch Lounge. Early Sunday morning, deputy Rodriguez and his partner pulled up and began beating Blake. He’s since lost vision in his eye. He’s current being charged with assault on a police office for this. @lasdgangs

    BREAKING: @LASheriffDept is having a party at @SassafrasHW on Vine in Hollywood. Acting on a tip, I went to the scene and captured photos of deputies drinking on the street, littering, and no one had on a mask. Bars have been closed under guidance from Gov. Newsom since 7/13

    We found out the LA's Sheriff's Department (@LASDHQ) was having a party tonight at @SassafrasHW in Hollywood. Several men we believe to be deputies identified themselves by name and verbally confirmed they were attending an LASD function.

    Multiple times during this video, the deputy puts a gun to Blake’s head. Blake told me he at this point the deputy said to him, “I’m going to blow your fucking brains out.” This took place in Inglewood, which is out of the @LASDHQ jurisdiction.

    BREAKING: A 14 year old witness to the disappearance of Francisco Nunez, who I interviewed in May, has been shot by @LASDHQ deputies. Nunez was last seen alive in LASD custody. His body was discovered 5 days later, feet from where he was seen last.

    Also last night: Jay-Z hosted an Oscars party at the Chateau Marmont, which is currently in the midst of a boycott led by Black women who were fired after complaining about repeated sexual harassment and assault at the hands of guests. The boycott is backed by other celebs.
