The Sig P320 is the only handgun that you can permanently break by inserting a factory magazine. This alone disqualifies it from being considered a modern platform.

The P320 is still the only handgun on the market today that can be permanently broken by inserting an OEM magazine. Even if I accept what SIG says here 100% I could never recommend this platform until this is addressed.

Yes. The P320 can be broken by the factory magazine from Sig. Yes, it is this easy to break. Yes, this failure would take you out of a gunfight. You can hammer the ejector back down, but you cannot replace it. Once bent your gun will only be MORE prone to this in the future.
