I lost count of the American soldiers we collected and saved on MERT. My last ever ‘shout’ was in fact an American who had been killed near F.O.B Edinburgh. We loaded his body in silence as a mark of respect while he lay under the Stars and Stripes 🇺🇸 😢. @JDVance @VP I don’t

Over the last few days we have set the record for the most amount of money raised by an individual for the @MindCharity in one event/challenge. £143,000 raised, genuinely so grateful. Surreal moment for me and my family. Thank you so much for believing in me and this challenge ❤️

So I’ve made the decision NOT to March with the MERT club this year at the Cenotaph. A decision that has been the hardest to make especially after last year’s emotional moment. I feel like I have demons to lay to rest still. And I will. But I’m mentally (and physically) not great
