    most software is legacy software... huge, tangled, undocumented, business-critical. and the only person who vaguely knew how MODULE_X worked left last january. or maybe the january before. we keep talking about AI agents as if the hard part is generating new code. but in

    Fullstack doesn't mean "all the tools" it means. - Experience hosting (servers || serverless) - Experience with databases (relational || nosql) - Experience on backend (JS || Python || PHP || Rails etc) - Experience on frontend (HTML + CSS + JS)
