- The City will be painting lines in the parking lots at the Memorial Centre and the Artillery Park Aquatic Centre overnight tonight, Monday, June 15. Both lots will be closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Vehicles parked in the lots during this work will be towed at the owner's expense.

- The INVISTA Centre ice pads will remain closed on Sunday and Monday as work continues on repairs to the ice plant. Planned removal of two of the facility’s four ice pads, originally scheduled to begin Sunday evening, has been moved up and will begin this evening (1/3).We are disappointed to share that the issue impacting the INVISTA Centre ice pads has not been resolved and ice will remain closed this weekend. Weekend ice programming has been cancelled. Staff will continue to work on repairs and coordinate with impacted groups and site users.The annual maintenance shutdown that was already scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday will proceed as planned. At this time, the arena is expected to reopen for regular public bookings on Thursday, June 18. (2/3)We thank everyone for their patience and understanding City staff and refrigeration specialists continue the necessary repairs and maintenance to ensure the ice pads can safely return to operation.
