- A little boy in Target this morning came up to me and took my hand. ‘I’ve lost mummy. Can you find her?’ ‘I’m sure I can.’ ‘Mummy said that if I get lost to find someone who looks like Grandma and I will be safe.’ We found mummy. I guess the plan worked.
- So many Americans have the strangest views of the world. Just a few tips about Australia: Spanish is not widely spoken here; we’re not a Christian nation; we don’t have a Fentanyl problem; abortion is legal everywhere & we do not aspire to becoming American citizens. Cheers. 🇦🇺
- Replying to @ditikohli_ and @yumichildSaw a man do this on the street last week. Walked up to 2 young teens who were cornered by 2 men. He swept in: ‘There you are. Your mother and I are waiting over here.’ Turned to the men: ‘And who are you?’ They buried their heads in their coffees. Those girls were so relieved.
- Replying to @RonFilipkowskiNope @tedcruz Australia hasn’t had a mass shooting since 1996, 1 in 3 marriages end in divorce, only 17% of Australians attend church & we have similar levels of social media & video games participation. And our schools have lots of unlocked gates and doors. It’s the guns, mate.
- For those of you hung up on the nasty swear word, you’re missing why this resonates with so many Australians. Murdoch media is destroying our country with its misinformation & support for one side of politics. Neither major party will confront it. So we have to. Every way we can.
- Matt Canavan is an MP in a minority opposition party who holds extreme climate change denial and anti-vaccination views. He is a minority within his own minority party. @abcnews he is not a senior government Minister and does not remotely warrant the air time you give him.

- Now when I read or hear about an anti-Semitic incident in Australia, I assume it’s a Zionist false flag act and disregard it. So far, that’s been the reality. Now I don’t care. Too many cries of ‘Anti-Semitic Wolf.’ Great work, Zionists.
- It’s not hard to vote for decency. I don’t need aged care or child care, I own my own home, I have a good income & private medical insurance, I went to uni when it was free, I won’t be alive in 50 years when the devastation of climate change will be crippling. I won’t vote LNP.
- Almost every day when I am out with her, someone asks me, ‘What kind of dog is she?’ It will never not surprise me.
- Nobody, absolutely nobody, underestimated Anthony Albanese more than the Australian media.
- I just love Annastacia Palaszczuk telling Scott Morrison to get out of the way so she can do what needs to be done.
