- It's not just 'a woman' this is Dr. Tiffany Willoughby-Herard.A woman who said she is a professor in the global studies dept was detained alongside UC Irvine students When asked if she was concerned about possibly jeopardizing her job, she responded, "What job do I have if the students don't have a future?"
- I placed all my books on the shelves in my @Princeton office, and my mom was delighted to sit & absorb it all. I’ll cherish her expression looking at my white board with works in progress.
- Black women academics deserve so much better.
- Didn’t get a picture on Day 1, but Day 2 as an Assistant Professor of Political Science @ Boston (@BU_tweets) was quite nice!

- Todays my last day as a Postdoc @ Princeton Department of Politics / CSDP. I’ve had a great year & thankful for support from @IsmailWhitePhD, @LaFleurPhD, @TMendelberg. Transitioning is tough in academia, and I’m grateful to have such great mentors (1/)
- My dissertation arrived today in the mail today! Such a pleasant surprise, and a great purchase! Next stop, rewriting manuscript, book proposal and ultimately, a book manuscript! 🤓📚
- No one in the Forbes 30 under 30 Education list is an educator that’s currently a teacher, or school administrator. There all Ed tech founders. That’s a HUGE problem.
