00:00 - That’s great, they keep helping HS Student-Athletes. But when are they going to help Juco Student-Athletes! Year after year the NCAA makes it harder on our young men to make it out. They needs to give Jucos Student-Athletes a REAL 2nd chance and not try to eliminate their dreams.The NCAA is not requiring high school student-athletes in the Class of 2021 to take the SAT or ACT to gain initial eligibility at the Div. I or II level.
