    Any half decent coach knows how to adapt & progress a session to achieve their objectives... can’t understand people on here criticising sessions with their “you should do this” “I would do this” attitude.... put your own stuff up then ... you don’t have to knock others #haters

    Regardless of ability, all players will improve if they: 1. Run 2. Work Hard 3. Listen 4. Practice 5. Eat well 6. Hydrate 7. Rest properly 8. Accept feedback 9. Respect themselves & others 10. Have a great attitude

    All the coaching knowledge and qualifications in the world mean very little if your sideline manner is that of a crazed lunatic ..... I have yet to be shown how to scream at players or a ref on a coaching course yet I see it way more than anything else weekly
