- Many don’t understand! No fluff classes taken here either, 4 yr institution academically, have had many qualifiers come for 1 yr and be very successful at the next level. Appreciate you pointing this outThis is a juco gym. Stop acting like you too good.

- If someone is placed on your heart to bless, bless them...whether it’s financially, encouraging words, spiritually, whatever it may be…u never know when they need it the most
- Don’t train just 2 train 2 say U did a 🏀 workout. Work on specific things 2 enhance ur game. If you’re jus doing moves & not focusing with the thought of some1 guarding U, ur wasting ur time. Be sure 2 focus on the techniques that will really help U get by or score on a defender
