- (1/2) Today marks 7years w/o my big brother, Ian. He died by suicide Christmas Eve 2013. His death ignited my passion for suicide prevention. This year I rocked my #KeepShowingUp tee all day in his honor, which supports @afspnational. I also got to gift one to everyone my family!

- feeling extremely lucky that this guy is my partner for life. recovery from ankle surgery has been a rollercoaster ride. lots of pain, lots of meds, a long list of post op instructions and limitations. heâs taken such amazing care of me. love you so much Zeet đ¤ @VivalaZito
