- Following the end of the 2019/20 season yesterday it also brought then end of club legends Dave Manserghs @westlancsleague career. To have kept playing til 39 following a leg break at 18 and 2 more after that is remarkable.....1/2

- Replying to @crooklandsfc....especially considering he didnโt take fitness seriously until he was 30. Quite simply one of the best players the league has probably ever seen. - We have today been awarded Sport England Community Emergency Fund Grant. This fund is to support irrecoverable costs incurred during the period 1st March-31st July 2020 through the Covid19 crisis. The value of our award is ยฃ5,000. This will help us enormously. ๐๐๐๐๐
- Disappointing that @BarrowAFC have decided to end their junior set up from next season. Lots of upheaval to grassroots teams last season and abandoned 6 months later. Those poor kids. All our players are welcome back and will be looked after. At least parents will save a fortune
