The Arkansas Supreme Court has ruled in our favor - further D.N.A. testing is to be allowed. Hopefully this will allow us to solve this case once and for all. Thank you to everyone who has supported us for the past 31 years. I’ll keep you posted as things move forward.

The state of Arkansas has asked that my petition for DNA testing to be done be dismissed. They do NOT want DNA testing done. They are fighting very, very hard to prevent the world from seeing who carried out the murders of those three children. Why?

Today is our 13th anniversary - I walked off of death row 13 years ago today. It would not have happened without your support. Thank you. If all goes well, DNA testing on all evidence should begin happening next month. We should know all results by the end of the year.

A local Arkansas judge refused to do DNA testing, which could prove who murdered Chris Byers, Stevie Branch, and Michael Moore. We have now appealed this to the Arkansas Supreme Court. You can read our appeal here: westmemphis3.org/wp-content/upl…

I believe the person who carried out these murders worked with/for the West Memphis police department. This is why they fight so hard to keep it covered up.
