- Why is the ecom industry so fkd? Everyone is on about scaling revenue constantly. What happened to building legacy brands. Sustainable and slow growth. Start, scale, pop. Slow it down. Make better products. Let word of mouth do its thing. Make a profit - lol.

- Bought a second home to escape the UK winter. Box off the day’s work, learn the Mediterranean lifestyle, walk, run, train outside then come for a cold one and write a few words. The real longevity hack.
- I turn 40 next month. I look 30. I’ve drank wine almost 50% of the last decade but I’ve still maintained fitness, building a business, a 15 year long marriage and retired my parents. Alcohol isn’t your problem. A healthy relationship with it, is.
- Needed a break from X, closed my account and got suspended. Back on here after a few trips, a bunch of memories and a new business partner in @GadzhiIman. I’ve acquired a majority stake in the luxury sunglasses brand Hills.

- I think back to the days, months, years I had to sit at a kitchen table with my laptop on my own doing every part of the business with no income whilst seeing many who think success will happen in a few months. It takes ages man. What you see now is the jus, go make some stock.
- I used to think I’d just build and sell to get ultimate freedom but a Zuck quote lives in my head. When asked why doesn’t he sell Meta, he replied “I’d just build another meta”. Your brand gives you purpose. Sure take some off the table but there’s a time when it becomes bigger
- The best way to learn ecom is to do. You’ll learn more and faster by starting than any video or book.
