Check on those you care about before it’s too late. They won’t come to you. You have to make an effort to come to them and really listen to them.

- Teachers, admin, schools: I would like to come speak to your students. In high school I suffered heavily with depression & anxiety, and I was an athlete. But you CAN overcome it. So many feel hopeless. I want to show that there is another answer to those who need help & hope.
- Omaha Skutt Catholic scored 33 to win their semi final volleyball game last night. Paige From @SkuttSoftball passed away from suicide. She was #33. I wore her bracelet last night. I take her everywhere. Be kind. We can never love each other enough. 1/2
