    My dad was a man of few words but his actions spoke volumes. He taught me the value of discipline, character and work ethic. He showed me how to be a man, husband and father. He led by following Jesus. My best man. We’ll miss him dearly. Romans 8:38-39. bit.ly/3fcdJk9

    Twenty summers ago, I was a young HS girls coach working Coach Larrañaga’s camp (how that happened is another story in itself) at George Mason and met Coach Howard. On the final day of camp, he encouraged me to apply for the WBB GA position...and here we are today.

    Our daughter wanted 🍕 for lunch so I took her to Pizza Hut. She didn’t want hers cut in pieces but I do it anyways - so she refuses to eat. Get home, she asks to go walk. Takes me 4 blocks to Sweet 🐸 for 🍨 then asks to be carried back. Don’t think women can lead men? She’s 2.

    Awesome night with my girl at the Father Daughter Dance. Since the gym was the dance floor, I guess you could say we went hard in the paint. Knees don’t bend quite like they used to but it was worth it!
