    I'm ashamed to explain this to a state attorney general ... but when a prosecutor says he lacks jurisdiction to prosecute an offense and so refers the offense to the body that he believes does have jurisdiction ... that's not a finding of innocence.
    Let me be CLEAR: in this nation, when a court doesn’t find you guilty, you’re found INNOCENT! @realDonaldTrump was exonerated and Dems need to move on!
