    Actually we use this device all the time and a colleague of mine did had a case where the the back end of the catheter fall off while he was performing an LV Angio and he was filming it! Very impressive! I had to pull it back with a snare afterwards! Video follows!

    Power injection done through the correct lumen, be careful not to bend the ‘tail’ of the pigtail while taking out the cath from the sterile package. Also caution while entering the LV so that the cath will not be bent at the point where the back end attaches to the shaft of cath

    Actually this was a dual lumen pigtail to accurately measure the aortic valve gradient.

    This is no „cosmetic“! This is a superb complete revascularization! If this is not prognostic relevant, then I don’t know what is! From no vessels to brand new vessels with all side branches preserved! Perfect job @KambisMashayek1 as always! One hat to apply common logic as well
