- Tidal Wave has been placed at #1, above Avernus with a list requirement of 55%. This pushes Instinct to the extended list and nevermore to the legacy list.
- Acheron has been moved to #1, dethroning Slaughterhouse as the hardest demon after nearly a year.
- Avernus and Acheron have swapped, with Avernus now sitting above at #1.
- Sakupen Circles has been placed at #1, above Slaughterhouse. This change pushes Icotact to the Extended List and Ziroikapi to the Legacy List.
- Abyss of Darkness has been placed at #1, above Slaughterhouse, with a list requirement of 53%, making it the new hardest demon in the game after only 7 months. This pushes Tartarus out of the top 5, Necromancer into the extended list, and Bausha Vortex into the legacy list.
- Sakupen Circles and Slaughterhouse have been swapped, with Slaughterhouse back at #1.
- Yatagarasu has been pushed to the legacy list: "To think that Yatagarasu managed to stay amongst this games greatest achievements for almost the entirety of update 2.1 makes me incredibly happy, and I’m proud of all the new talent who keeps pushing the difficulty even further!"
- Abyss of Darkness and Slaughterhouse have been swapped, with Slaughterhouse returning to the #1 spot.
- Bloodlust has been pushed to the Extended List and Sonic Wave has been pushed off from the Demon List.
- Tartarus has been pushed out of the Top 25.
