LA reservoir and contractile strain by #echofirst adds incremental prognostic value for pts with AL or ATTR amyloid cardiomyopathy. In absence of AF, prophylactic anticoagulation should be considered if LA reservoir strain is <6.4% or contractile strain is <2.4% @AllanLKleinMD1
