Random Thought: If you’re a College or H.S. pitching coach, every time you have PFPs on the practice docket just let your guys go to SS, rip them GBs and let them make sick plays. Throwing variability✅ Athleticism✅Fun✅ They’ll get way more out of it.

The Lefty Turn & Burn: I believe lefties need more rotational work than righties. How many lefties play infield growing up? How many lefties pickoff runners at third base the same way righties pick guys at first?

If you’re a guy who: Cuts his 4S✅ Can spin it like a legend✅ Loves a good row✅ In the past, tried to fix your fastball and it makes all of your other pitches worse✅ You might be a supinator.

Pronator Arsenals - If you’re a guy who: Loves long toss✅ Can’t seem to throw a breaking ball hard (unless you spike it)✅ Enjoys the Clean Fuego✅ Lights up when it’s bench day✅ Thrives off 0-2 elevated heaters✅ You might be a pronator.

Pronator Hack Recently I posted about how pronators lack the ability to spin a breaking ball well(hard). Unless you throw 100, you’ll probably have a hard time throwing a breaking ball over 80 mph consistently…*unless* you spike it.
