00:00- Very sad news. David was a huge racing fan, advocate for the sport & a good friend. Despite our different political backgrounds, I really enjoyed working with him on the Lords Digital committee and talking about racing whenever we could. He will be much missed by many.Lord Lipsey was a staunch supporter of British horseracing and formerly an APPG member. Our condolences to his family at this incredibly sad time.
