This is how I remodel my Fourplex units. All of them with some variance in flooring. Bathroom is all the same I chose the bathroom flooring and the tiles along with the doors. I love it. This is a 3 bedroom 1 bath 750 sq ft $2500 South phoenix AZ

I know a plumbing company who offered a subscription to his clients. $45 per month and it comes with a priority scheduling, one yearly free maintenance and 10% off all services. A lot of people subscribed for $45 per month. He just hit $700K revenue from his subscriptions
