    My wife’s clinic in ‘posh’ GK in Delhi. Built after whatever left post 30% income tax, 20% GST, property tax, Road tax, cess.. Doing my best to build the nation and help 80cr people with free ration. Can’t thank government enough. Grateful 🙏🏼

    Today's OPD 30 year female creatinine 10,Hb 4,EF 25%.On alternative medication and witchcraft. Advised admission , he flatly refused (maybe worried about me making too much money)🤔 Mixed emotions😦happy for myself(no need to lose sleep over sick patient),sad for the patient🙄

    With #SupremeCourt refusing to stay #reservationfreeneetpg , the Dam is truly broken. With elections every few months, reservations will go up inch by inch . Only when General caste understands that #Reservation is the ONLY issue they should vote for, things will change.
