    Early #cancer detection using #ctDNA faces a sensitivity challenge. ctDNA concentration in asymptomatic individuals is low, demanding substantial plasma or sensitive techniques like ddPCR and NGS. Overcoming these hurdles is key to improving diagnosis

    #ctDNA assays have limitations compared to tissue assays: 1. Less sensitivity, may miss tissue-positive samples. 2. Susceptible to misinterpretation due to CHIP 3. Can't confirm mutant gene expression. 4. May miss certain actionable gene fusions. Among others
