    In transplant hepatology clinic today, my attending wanted to share a physical exam finding that I will NEVER forget. ✋ Palpating a polycystic liver. 😵. 👂 Hearing about its effect on this patient's life. Affirmation that I've chosen the right specialty!

    👉🏼 First impressions are so important especially with new clinic patients: ⭐️ I never sit until the patient/family sit ⭐️ I always ask how they want to be addressed (name/pronoun) ⭐️ I keep my 🤐 for minutes to 👂 fully
