    We are at WAR! I was invited to speak to students on sexual health. The discussion ended up being mostly about homosexuality and LGBTQI.. Many say they are being paid to join. Their questions and comments show a worrying situation. Here are just some of the many.👇🏾

    My advice to young people 1. Respect your parents 2. Get married young - from 21yrs 3. Have children early - from 21 yrs 4. Have many children - 5-6+ 5. Learn your mother tongue 6. Maintain your culture 7. Avoid junk food 8. Exercise regularly 9. Be grateful 10. Put God first

    Our November #wellnesschallenge 1. No sugar & soda 2. Drink 2 litres of water a day 3. Sleep at least 7 hours each night 4. Workout for at least 3 hours a week. 5. No alcohol till the weekend 6. Drink 1 veggie smoothie each day 7. Fast 14 - 16 hrs daily 8. Cold morning shower

    My advice... Get married early.. About 21 to 24 years... It will help you to get kids earlier and learn to understand each other better. Earlier kids = better long term health...
