    Germany: here's a Deutschland Ticket, you can use any train except for the ICE. Enjoy it. UK: Oh under normal circumstances yes this ticket would be valid BUT today is the first sunny Wednesday since two week after St Swithen's day. Prison for you, and we're killing your dog.

    I've had elderly patients say to me "I don't understand how I got COVID, I've been so careful. I wear a mask, clean my hands, and only go out to the shops" through tears and the oxygen mask. The problem is that no matter how careful you are, actions of individuals affect others.

    Can I just say, if you're unvaccinated, and change your mind but worried about people judging you at the vaccination center, this will absolutely not be the case. We will welcome you with open arms.

    Thanks for asking Abby, tachycardia may be physiological, to compensate for a low blood volume, or an adrenergic response to an external stimulus. But it can also be due to primary pathologies of the heart, such as ventricular tachycardia, or accessory pathways.
