We want a network of safe, segregated cycle routes across Dublin. We want people of all ages & abilities to be enabled to cycle for their day-to-day journeys. If you want this too, join us. 👇 dublincycling.com/join

In a city as congested as Dublin, cycling is like having a superpower. Almost everywhere inside the M50 is within a gentle 30-minute cycle of O'Connell Bridge - no matter how bad the traffic gets. If you want a consistent commute time, cycle.

Bicycles are such useful machines they can even be used to explain Brexit. #rtept

One of the biggest barriers to cycling in Dublin is the free Luas. If people had to pay to use the Luas, lots more people would cycle instead.

The "car" lost control, not the driver. The children were cycling close to "the halting site where they lived" - rather than their "home." The @Independent_ie clearly establishes that the two kids mowed down yesterday were Travellers, but the driver is practically anonymous.

Drivers are afraid that cyclists will delay them. Cyclists are afraid that drivers will kill them.

Keeping cars on South William Street - solely to accommodate the @brownthomas car park - is sheer madness.

@DubCityCouncil please stop this madness! South William Street is BEAUTIFUL but so unsafe with all the cars from @brownthomas car park. Let’s do the right thing for the people and businesses! @dublincycling @IBIKEDublin @DublinTown @DublinCommuters @DubCham let’s see your support

Gardaí have identified the juvenile driver of the car that killed Thiago Cortes in a hit-and-run incident in Dublin. Senior sources said "excellent quality" CCTV caught four occupants of the car fleeing from nearby Castleforbes Square. #JusticeForThiago m.independent.ie/irish-news/adm…

Here's a rare but wonderful sight: Children cycling in Dublin city centre. The lockdown has given us a glimpse of a sustainable transport future for Dublin, now we have to make sure it becomes a permanent reality.

So sick of all these one-abreast drivers blocking the roads every morning. Who do they think they are? 😀 #BetterByBike
