    Realistically I think most tech jobs are a thing of the past with AI to be honest Right now we're seeing hiring stops everywhere, next will be layoffs I think What will remain is tech founders who build things with entire AI teams which @shl says too and I believe he's right

    with all due respect this is going to be so wrong after the dust settles. building software isn't like farming, where the demand for goods hits a limit once you satisfy demand. software fills an insatiable need. there is never enough of it. more heads means more software.

    I sold a rental property in December using @Opendoor and it was the best experience selling a home I'd ever had. Took literally an hour of our time. A realtor wanted us to put in $100k and spend several months renovating. Opendoor offered the price the realtor thought we'd sell

    Maybe it is fragile, but this is a bad example. This looks like tornado damage, and there's no reason why a nuclear plant would be any less vulnerable.
