    Everybody thinks Swedish house prices are soaring. And in nominal terms, they are! However, if you divide them by the gold price or by money growth (M3), nothing has happened for more than a century (gold) or since 1960 (M3)... πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ͺπŸŒπŸ‘‘ Instead, maybe the $SEK is being devalued?
