- O รบltimo medicamento aprovado para o tratamento da doenรงa de Alzheimer foi a "memantina" lรก em 2003. Os anos foram passando, e a comunidade acadรชmica da รกrea, apesar de ter evoluรญdo muito no entendimento da doenรงa, nรฃo conseguiu desenvolver um novo medicamento.
