Also to be clear as a few are misinterpreting it: it wasn't 7-10 days for the entire job. They were contacted July 5th for art + rig. The $1225 rush fee was for it to be finished by Sep 30th instead of early November. The 7-10 days was just the most recent time I was once again

I did not schedule anything until they confirmed it'd be done in 7-10 days, I think it's pretty reasonable to assume at that point it will definitely be done in 17 days (the due date at that time) if they're claiming it should be done early
