UPDATED SEC v. RIPPLE TIMELINE With the announcement by @s_alderoty, you better believe the paperwork has been drawn up already. Now we wait on a vote by SEC Commission (less than 30 days). Then we wait on filing by SEC to lift injunction, which will be unopposed by @Ripple.

Overall, HUGE win for @Ripple. Although I'm surprised at the $125M hit, Ripple more than made that just on the price move in $XRP in the last 5 minutes. Here are the major takeaways from the ruling:

So, the fact that Ripple was ready with this decision less than a day from the Torres ruling means it at least heavily planned for this scenario, discussed it with the SEC, and made whatever agreements/discussions necessary for moving forward. Thank heavens this is over!

Ripple is dropping our cross appeal, and the SEC is expected to drop their appeal, as they’ve previously said. We’re closing this chapter once and for all, and focusing on what’s most important – building the Internet of Value. Lock in.

On April 11, 2022, a class action lawsuit was filed against Mssrs. Clayton and Hinman for tortious interference in ALL XRPL Network Users' valid business expectancy in the XRPL Network. The Lead Plaintiff and my client, Shannon O'Leary, decided to take a stand. 13/20
