SMH like 2 relatives went to my college graduation, they cudnt attend my shit cause my cousin was having a baby shower to her childrn born of a 1 night stand. Everyone had to pool resources & rally around her. I ddnt walk for law school. I was once there bro. Fuck em, keep going.

Haiti stopped paying reparations for freeing itself from French colonization and slavery in 2012. They paid $30B in today's money. And 500K in Black lives for their freedom.

All of Frances 'former' colonies in Africa are required to deposit up to 50% of their foreign reserves in French treasuries. This essentially keeps their economy France facing despite having more lucrative trade partners in their own regions.

6M or so di3d in their thing. In conservative estimates 10M of ours died in the Atlantic slave trade. 2M or so just from the voyages. That's the entire Atlantic slave trade though which includes non-US destinations.
