    A great chiropractor is magic. I was at a point where I could barely walk. Rotated pelvis 15mm, 2 rotating vertebrae. She had me fixed up within a single session. Chronic back pain = gone. Maybe people shouldn’t take health advice from randos on twitter.

    My mom drilled this into my head my entire life: ALWAYS be aware of your surroundings. There are so many cues you have to create awareness — sound, body language, where your exits are, trusting your gut about the people around you. I saw others say no headphones while out — 100%

    I literally set up a $2k windows laptop a few months ago and it took 30-45 mins. Between the 20 onboarding steps, forced Microsoft account / having to create an account, and Windows updates performed in the middle of setup… it’s a truly awful onboarding experience.

    Will banning toxic chemicals and pesticides from agriculture be a part of that plan? Glyphosate? What about the toxic ingredients in processed foods? Fast foods? Are you just pumping money into pharmaceuticals or looking to actually address sources of disease??
