    I continue to see #HIIT mischaracterized as “anaerobic” exercise.     Practical (non all-out) low-volume HIIT can feasibly be implemented in the real world. 2x4min and 5x1min regimens improved CRF & health markers similar to traditional ex despite 60% less time commitment in sedentary adults. Enjoyment ratings not different. link.springer.com/article/10.100…
