So it's the first Father's Day without my husband, and it's understandably hard for both me and my kids. My son and daughter-in-law are coming in this afternoon so we will all be together this weekend. On Sunday, our neighborhood swim club is having the annual spring BBQ

Just paid my property taxes on my house. Yes, the one I paid tax on when I bought it 30 years ago. My house is paid for, but I still have to pay taxes on it every year and if I don't, they will take it from me. Do you get it? It's never really yours.

Good morning patriots. My wonderful husband of 37 years went to be with his Lord and Savior early this morning. I felt him go as if he softly kissed me goodbye. He was the best husband, father and grandfather imaginable. My heart is forever his. Thank you so much for your love
