This is why the Yanks lost Game 1. Sloppy baseball. Gleyber lazy pick attempt. Rizzo (or anyone) not backing up. You can’t let him get to 3rd with less than 2 outs when you’re up by 1 in the 8th inning. Mookie Sac Fly to tie the game. It’s the little things.

    “He throws too slow, I can’t hit this.” I’ve heard this way too many times 🤷‍♂️ Here’s 54mph. @MikeTrout @Brett_Phillips8 @MLB #gritnj

Are you getting to this position early enough? Get the body fused up in full control so you can wait the longest. Control happens with coil/resistance over the rear leg. Find that spot and swing from it. #gritnj

The bat ain’t heavy if you move it correctly…Rearwards. Hands are the launch. The pivot point. Use them. Strengthen them. Understand why. Mr. Bobby Bonds showing a young Julio Franco some things. 🎥 @elshow_us #gritnj #mlb #baseball #hitting #hof

This would’ve hit the top of the cage and most coaches would say “__________” ??

“Your bat angle should come from underneath your shoulder, not above.” The hands stay above the ball, the barrel works down the back. Think of a clock and the hands being the pivot point. Barrel starts at 12 o’clock. #gritnj

@TheJudge44 giving away the 🔑 - Early is On-Time - Load against the rear leg - Ready at Release - Trust it - Limit being Rushed (Time the Launch) @YESNetwork @Yankees #gritnj gritnj.com
