Man on seat next to me on flight flying for 1st time. Multiple calls asking whthr "seat mil gayi" & him informing "haan baith gaye". I also find pride of place in conversation, "saath main jo madam baithi hai, unse pooch liya (where to store carryon), haan madam achhi hain" :)!

Prime Minister can effect seamless removal of 3 multiple-term CMs but is somehow so constrained by Brij Bhushan's dabdaba and influence in 3-4 LS seats that it can't take action against him despite credible charges of sexual harassment by Olympic winners like #SakshiMalik

Joking about someone's lack of fluency in English in poor taste. Esp coming from that class, large sections of which often struggle to speak in their own mother tongue. If there's any shame, it is the inability to connect with one's own people
