My ex called me last night to tell me he still loves me, a year and 3 months after I found out he was seeing a girl from work (who he’s still seeing). I have now FINALLY blocked his number, and that my friend, is what they call closure. 🚮

- My 80 year old Nan has sent me a birthday card filled with clippings of the sudokus from all of the papers she’s had during lockdown because we usually do them together, along with a poem ♥️
- I’m always surprised at the number of people who think we find most of our writers via referral. 90% of my list is, and continues to be, writers I have found in the ‘slush pile’, and I can’t see that ever changing!
- This week marks my sixth year at @MMLitAgency! I have Covid, which sucks, but I’m also now Senior Literary Agent which is much more exciting 🎉
- Having a book on submission about a young woman with a disability is really opening my eyes to the amount of ableism that's still rife in this industry. I really try not to rant-tweet about things like this, but there is SO much work to do.
