    Tyler Rogers is the only MLB pitcher with an average release height under two feet. The focus of my off-season training has been lowering my own release point from roughly three feet to Rogers-range, but twelve years using the same slot has grooved an extremely deep attractor

    v25.8 patch notes: - Converted palmaris longus to ulnar collateral ligament - Increased right elbow stability to 100% (was previously nerfed in v23.1) - Decreased number of olecranon spurs to 0 - Implemented one-time cooldown period of 12 months - Kept that dawg in him

    .@JoshHejka leads the Mets minor leagues with a 0.42 ERA. His rising slider is a big reason why. Rather than forcing a slider that just moved laterally, his Pitch Design with @LanginTots13 focused on adding rise ⬆️ while maintaining sweep.

    Last week in the bullpen, @bensimon22 and I came up with a new ERA variant that accounts for inherited/bequeathed runners. Is it groundbreaking? Probably not. Is it better than FIP/other advanced metrics? Unlikely. Does it have a good name? Also no. Alas, a 🧵:
