I feel like the streamer awards needs to be renamed to Top Streamer Awards. No beef to QT, but when there's many top streamers with multiple nominations it gives all the smaller streamers false hope and it's very unrelatable as a smaller streamer. I know many mid tier streamers

I wanted to work with @Razer but seeing them use AI generated photos for their social media is EXTREMELY disappointing. There's TONS of creators that will do this for you (usually for free too... ) Anybody have good keyboard recommendations so I can replace my Razer one?

I've never been more scared of being a woman in a male dominated space than the replies from this thread. Before anybody says we're all making it up or being sensitive, I'm a survivor and part of those statistics everyone is referencing. It happens WAY more often than you think.

This. I felt like there was an overall disconnect and lack of respect from IRL broadcasters this year. I didn't like the vibe. I come to Twitchcon to connect with peers and the community. I tried to even connect with the IRL streamers but it all felt not genuine. :(

Streamer Tip! ⚠️ I had my power cut out during my sponsored stream tonight and the local VOD is literally my deliverable, but I didn't lose any footage! How? Because I locally record my streams in an '.mkv' format! If your recording gets interrupted, you can convert (or remux)

Stream etiquette has taught streamers to thank their community and keep checking alerts. Streamers are constantly being penalized for missing chat. We're getting backseatted. "Pay attention to the game." "You missed my chat." How can we win? I quit story games on stream

Watching a streamer play a story heavy game, get to an important moment of tension and drama, then turn away and say "Thank you DoMe22 for the 8 months" is brain breaking for me. It's my streamer ick. I hate it. Just hate it.

I've never shared this publicly- If you didn't know, I majored in CS. Had many internships and pursued a software engineering career. I left because I was severely harrassed by my tech lead during my last role. He commented on my race, gender, & marital status. I had proof of

Good job on QT for even taking the time to put on an award show, it's been amazing to see it grow and improve. But it's disappointing to see so many familiar faces nominated and win that I'd rather it be called Top Streamer Awards at this point and root them on instead of hoping
