    Living longer/better doesn’t require a complicated routine. -don’t smoke - don’t drink more than 5/week - move - move more - keep moving - push and pull heavy things - sleep - have friends - find something that motivates you to get out of bed in the morning. - eat food

    This is why non employed doctors are getting crushed. My surgeon was paid $456 for an hour+ long robotic abdominal procedure. And if you knew the anatomy, risks, training needed, etc… is just an absurdly low sum of $. Stop telling me it’s the doctors fees. And. He didn’t

    Every knee arthritis patient needs to hear... - pain does not always imply harm -it's ok to run/walk/weight train -yes, PT can be helpful. -steroids are not typically helpful and might harm u -it's helpful to remain active -ignore the x-ray and focus on remaining active. -don't
