10 years ago, I asked a girl for hot chocolate and she told me about "esports". 5 years ago, I worked my 1st paid broadcast. 2 years ago, I began observing NACL. 1 year ago, I had my LCS debut. Today... I'M HONOURED TO SAY THAT I'LL BE OBSERVING WORLDS! It was all worth it.

Announcing the #Worlds2025 World Feed Observer Teams! The LTA North Obs will be working Play Ins and Swiss The LEC Obs will be working Quarters through Finals Since the LoL Observers don't get special announcements, I'll do it myself! I'm very excited to be working Worlds again!

We haven't really talked about it since all of us are/were contractors but, This spring split, the @/PathToLCS (NACL) observer team was reduced from a rotation of 8 to 2 people. The remaining 2 of us had our day rate slashed from 650 to 200, making this no longer a liveable wage

Observing is a craft. It takes time and skill to learn. Our footage of gameplay is is what is shown on broadcast 70% of the time. Please stop treating it as an entry-level role. To my observer friends in overwatch and cod affected today: I'm sorry, we all deserve so much better.
