    $INND Update: Regarding recent dilution which came from long-term investors. Majority of the shares are already sold in the market. 25%+ are Restricted Shares, can’t be sold for 60+ days with additional restrictions. Capital was used for inventory, kiosks & retail contracts. 1/4

    $INND is working with investors to ensure $INND has access to capital to execute on contracts with retailers, i.e. hearing kiosks & product inventory. Without capital, $INND can not execute on signed contracts. Dilution is being minimized but $INND needs capital for QUICK Growth.

    $INND info: Main Kiosks are being built in Wisconsin & shipped directly to retailers from the manufacture. Another kiosk version, designed by the retailer's request, is coming from China & will arrive in Long Beach Harbor next week. Here is one of the kiosks in $INND HQ Office.
