To protect the future of UK digital asset markets, we must regulate custody and control, and not the neutral base layers that runAPC joined @AptosLabs, @Cardano_CF, @iota, @SuiFoundation, and @StellarOrg in a comment letter to @TheFCA on its proposed cryptoasset perimeter guidance. Our message is simple: the regulatory perimeter should focus on actual financial intermediation, not neutral infrastructure.
