i did his Waking Up course. it hollowed me out, became shell of my former self. lost any desire to engage w the world. worsened depression. a year of my life lost. managed to turn it around w exercise, 🍄 , cold exposure, friends, nature. cpl others on reddit w same experience ⚠️

similar story nyc, west village. squatters during covid. after 30 days NYC tenant rights kicked in. not only did police refused to help, but they threatened to arrest me for unlawful eviction. i changed locks, police made me give squatters a copy
